Ages 2.5 - 3.5 Years Old
We stimulate language development – making sure our language is very clear, are very specific with directions, articulate words clearly, match language to child’s level, teach time and space words, and keep talk and attitudes toward language positive.
We encourage building friendships – this group enjoys the company of other children. Imitation is the main language of friendships.
We provide opportunities for the development of self-help skills – pulling on clothing, feeding self, and toilet training are emphasized in this class.
